LED LIGHT THERAPY

WHAT IS LED LIGHT THERAPY?

Also known as phototherapy or low-level light therapy (LLLT), is a non-invasive treatment that uses various colors of light to address specific skin concerns. It involves exposing the skin to LED lights of specific wavelengths, which penetrate the skin at different depths and trigger various cellular responses.

RED LED LIGHT

Red LED light therapy stimulates collagen production, improves blood circulation, and promotes healing, making it beneficial for reducing wrinkles, improving skin texture, and promoting overall skin rejuvenation. Blue LED light therapy targets and kills acne-causing bacteria, making it effective in treating acne and preventing breakouts. Yellow and amber LED lights can also be used to address specific skin concerns such as inflammation, redness, and improving overall skin health.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

During an LED light therapy session, a device emitting the specific colored light is placed close to the skin for a specific duration. The treatment is painless, and there is no downtime or recovery period required. LED light therapy is often used in combination with Jet Plasma to enhance the effect. It can also be done as a standalone treatment. However, multiple sessions are usually required to achieve optimal results.
